THE 1918 SEASON:
The Clubs operating this season were as in the previous year.

However, it was apparent that the Referees’ Association was not functioning, for the incoming Management Committee was instructed to endeavor to form an Association; in the meantime those who had acted as Referees previously were to be written to seeking their co-operation.
