For the first time, in Buller & West Coast History we are running a tipping competition on the 2025 Jubilee Trophy.<\/p>\n

\nThe inaugural tipping competition is for the Premier competition \u2013 The Jubilee Trophy

Please head over and sign up with a username of your choice at the link above and make your tips for round one.<\/p>\n

With Your UserName IE: JOE SMITH We ask that you put the following abbreviation<\/strong><\/p>\n

BLR<\/strong>= Buller
\nor WC<\/strong> = West Coast<\/p>\n

WHY ? Because Prizes, Yes we will have Prize Packs to hand out throughout the season to tipsters, so when you sign up you are also saying to us whether you wish to win a Buller RRU or ‘Might of Red & White” Prize Pack.<\/p>\n

The more of us playing the more lucrative and frequent these prizes will be.<\/p>\n

Competition details<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is a round-by-round competition, starting for week one on Saturday 5 April.<\/p>\n

We have customised it with the following:<\/p>\n

Correct tip<\/strong> =\u00a02 Points<\/strong>\u00a0for each correct tip<\/p>\n

Perfect round<\/strong> =\u00a010 Bonus points<\/strong>\u00a0for a perfect round<\/p>\n

Tipped draw<\/strong> =\u00a05 Points\u00a0<\/strong>for correctly tipping a draw<\/p>\n

Margin spread options\u00a01-12, 13-24 and 25+<\/strong>
\nCorrect margin spread = 2 Points<\/strong> for correctly tipping the margin spread<\/p>\n

Default tip<\/strong> =\u00a0Away team<\/strong>. A user will be given the away team by default when they do not enter a tip.<\/p>\n

Match lockdown<\/strong> =\u00a0Lockdown buffer 15 minutes before the match starts that tips will be locked.
\nSo your tips must be made by 2.15pm on Saturday afternoons most weeks or when a game kicks off at 1pm your tips need to be in by 12.45pm<\/p>\n

Wildcards<\/strong> =\u00a02 Number of wildcards allowed. Users can choose to use a wildcard to double their score for a round on two separate occasions.<\/p>\n

Defaults<\/strong>. If a team defaults, then a win with the 25+ margin spread will be added to the defaulted to\/winning team.<\/p>\n

Match abandonment<\/strong>. If a match fails to go ahead then that game will be recorded as drawn.
\nIf a match is rescheduled, then that fixture is still live until it is played at a later date.<\/p>\n

Maximise your chances or play the Wildcard on your rivals by operating more than one username.<\/p>\n

But it is set up for one username and tipper per email address, i.e. play at home with your personal email address and run a second username at work.<\/p>\n
